The Delta Dental Foundation offers in-kind materials such as oral health brochures and other educational materials as well as toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste and more to qualifying organizations and programs.
Application Guidelines:
The Delta Dental Foundation (DDF) evaluates each application on its own merits and careful consideration is given to each request. Those applying are eligible to receive in-kind materials once each donation cycle.
Primary considerations include:
1. Organization and/or program should include an oral health component and/or nutrition and health components.
2. Non-profit organizations, educational programming and at-risk/under-served populations.
3. Organization is located within and/or benefits individuals living within Indiana, Michigan, or Ohio.
**Please note application cycles and fulfillment dates based on your organization's needs.
**Only one application per organization, per cycle, will be considered.
